Shangri-La Yiwu 义乌香格里拉
Shangri-La Yiwu is located in the city's landmark building—the Yiwu World Trade Center, at the heart of the financial and business district. As a Human Resources Manager, We rely on you to:
Responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance in all areas of HR Management and supporting the accomplishment  of hotel and department goals and objectives by recruiting, developing, motivating and maintaining a competent work force. To render services and delight the internal customers on their needs with existing guidelines and standards set up by SLIM and Shangri-La Hotel, Yiwu.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Data collection for designated company.  Get report for analysis. Share result with Excom member and Dept.  Heads. Monitor labor (FTE) base on LP report analysis. Actively control labor cost.
2. Formulates and administers the Human Resources policies and procedures within the Hotel. Prepares budget for Capex, administrative, training, employee relations and welfare requirements. Ensures accuracy of database of staff records, which should be consistently up dated.
3. Develops and implements staff motivation, recognition and participation program for the Hotel, such as Long Service Awards ceremony, Suggestion Scheme Awards and Inspiration Award, etc. Establish clear strategy to drive employee loyalty (Say, Stay, Strive). Maintains effective internal communication with Dept. Heads, Supervisors and all employees.

1. 为指定公司收集数据，拿到报告进行分析。与执行委员会成员和部门主管分享结果。在LP报告分析的基础上监控人工(FTE)。积极控制人工成本。
2. 制定和执行酒店的人力资源政策和程序。准备资本支出预算，行政，培训，员工关系和福利要求。确保员工档案数据库的准确性，并不断更新。
3.为酒店制定及实施员工激励、表扬及参与计划，如长期服务奖颁奖典礼、建议计划奖及激励计划奖等。建立清晰的策略来提高员工的忠诚度(比如，坚持，奋斗)。与部门总监、主管和所有员工保持有效的内部沟通。
