The hotel features 362 guestrooms and suites, as well as 136 serviced apartments. Shangri-La Hotel, Yiwu offers guests an exceptional dining experience. Brown Sugar restaurant comes to life with made-to-order Asian and Western dishes. Live cooking stations provide an array of international delights at buffet restaurant Yue Xiu Wok. From the Lobby Lounge, guests can enjoy relaxing moments. There is a 2,000-square-metre and 12-metre-high pillar-less Grand Ballroom, which comfortably accommodates 1,000 guests for banquets. There are also 11 other function rooms of varying size, some of which provide natural daylight.

We are currently looking for an Apartment Sales Manager to join our team.

As an Apartment Sales Manager, we rely on you to:

1. Visit potential customers, discover new customers, and regularly entertain customers and pass the invitation.

2. Continuously collect market information and other materials from apartment competitors, and make corresponding measures after consultation with the superior.

3. Provide the latest information of apartment development to the guests, and give appropriate replies to the requirements raised by the customers.

4.Follow up the work of VIP guests, business conference groups and tour groups during their stay in the hotel, and do a good job in reception of important customers.

5. Coordinate the working relationship with various departments to provide customers with high-grade services; Set up a good corporate image, and tourism reservation center staff to establish a good relationship.

6. Summarized and submitted sales call reports every day, and established database of customers and other relevant data.

7. Maintain the interests of the enterprise and strictly observe the sales and operation rules.

8. Assisted in daily office work and completed other tasks assigned by superiors.

We are looking for someone who:

1. At least 2 years experience at similar position in 5-star hotel.

2. Fluency in both written & oral English.

3.Team player, has good communications & interpersonal skills.

4. Enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.

6. 每日总结上交销售拜访报告，建立客户和其它有关数据的资料库。

7.维护企业的利益，严格遵守销售和运作规程。

8.协助处理办公室日常工作，完成上级安排的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1. 2年以上五星级酒店相关职位工作经验。

2. 英语听说读写流利。

3.具有团队合作精神，良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

4.富有工作热情，能承受工作压力。
