To implement HR policy and HR systems framework as directed by superior whilst maintaining good team member relations.

以酒店人力资源政策及人力资源系统构架为指导,协助完成各项事务的同时处理好与酒店员工的关系。

 

1.       Offers any kind of help and suggestions to all concerned in dealing with personnel related matters.

为人力资源部相关事情提供帮助及提出建议。

2.       Takes charge of the personal file filing system and keeps all the files in a good system.

确保员工档案及其他文件的有效管理。

3.       Participates in site inspections of schools, colleges and universities.

参与对职业院校及高等院校的考察。

4.       Maintains effective internal communication with TMs.

保持和员工的有效沟通。

5.       Provides necessary information and explanations to TM in the time correctly and accurately as required.

为员工的询问提供准确的解释及回答。

6.       Avoids negative comments on hotel policies and procedures, financial and business performance, promotions, and activities.

避免消极评判酒店的规章制度,生意情况,提升,业绩表现等事情。

7.       Ensures all team member facilities in recreation room and team member dorm are maintained in good order and meet hotel’s cleanliness standards.

确保员工娱乐室及员工宿舍等设施都能正常使用,并符合酒店的卫生标准。

8.       Manage the on-line recruitment through the recruitment website.

通过招聘网站管理在线求职信息。

9.       Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklist, maintain recruitment related documents.

保管好面试前,面试中以及面试后的雇员名单及相关信息。

10.   Assist to hunt qualified candidates or provides relevant information via recommendations internally or externally.

通过内部或外部的资源提供或寻求候选人的信息。

11.   Ensure timely preparation and arrangement for selection, interview and recruitment.

确保及时做好人才挑选、面试及招聘的准备和安排工作。

12.   Assist in the organization of the TM activity and recreation.

协助部门组织员工活动。

13.   Ensures that all team members abide by the hotel grooming standard and hotel rules.

确保每一位员工都遵守酒店的仪容仪表制度及管理制度。

14.   Collect relevant information of the competitors.

收集市场上竞争对手的相关信息。

15.   Implements the hotel P&P regarding the team member salary and benefits.

执行酒店的工资福利政策。

16.   Develops and maintains current payroll processing procedures.

制定并维护当前薪金发放流程。

17.   Maintains confidentiality at all times and maintains strict practice of office lock up and security of information.

在任何时候都要对薪金保密,并严格执行办公室出入及安全制度。

18.   Performs payroll processing and month end closing of payroll.

完成薪金的统计以及月末结算工作。

19.   Prepares input for payroll run including hours worked, terminations, adjustments, annual, sick and recreation leave.

统计发放薪金的依据,如工作时间、起止日期、换班、休假、病假及事假等。

20.   Attend to team member enquiries in relation to pay issues.

回答员工对薪金发放的质疑。

21.   Prepares manual payment for termination.

准备已辞职员工的薪金支付。

22.   Be in charge of team members’ leave request and record.

负责员工的请假事宜及纪录。

23.   Assist to handle team members’ pension and benefit issue.

协助处理员工保险福利等事宜。

24.   Reconciles automatic payroll deductions such as housing loan, superannuation payments, etc.

核对薪金中自动扣除项目,如养老保险金和住房公积金等。

25.   Coordinates with outside data processing company as requested.

与外部的数据处理公司保持良好的合作关系。

26.   Maintains relationships with labor offices, Exit and Entry Administration Bureau and tax bureau etc.

与劳动局、出入境管理局及税务局等合作单位保持良好的合作关系。

27.   Engages in competitor compensation and benefits surveys at request of HRM.

根据人力资源部经理的要求,配合竞争对手关于薪金的调查。

28.   Coordinates with other departments as necessary.

与其他部门保持良好的合作关系。

29. Updates manning headcount and compiles the monthly manning report

更新月度人数报告,流动率报告等相关的人力资源报告。

30. Input and updated all the team member information into the HR-Link system.

确保所有人员信息在人力资源系统中有效更新。

31. Set team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel/department goal, policies and practices.

根据酒店/部门目标、政策和实际情况与团队成员共同设立团队目标。

32. Maintain personal presentation to hotel and Hilton standards.

根据酒店及希尔顿集团标准保持个人形象。

33.  Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis.

保证按时完成各项报告及上级分配的各项工作。

34.  Execute the project responsibilities in the hotel project team(s).

加入酒店的项目工作组时,认真履行相应职责。

35.  Ad hoc assignment from the hotel management.

完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
