1. Produces the annual marketing plan, marketing budgets and forecasts, adhering to the policies and procedures and assists with compiling of the annual operating budget.
2. Produces an action plan related to the marketing plan to ensure marketing plan objectives are achieved.
3. Recommends to the Manager and coordinates all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training and guest relations.
4. Establishes and maintains files on major competitor accounts he/she has established and maintains a complete filing system.
5. Analyses marketing changes, implements program with the Sales Department to meet these changes (i.e. changes in FIT business, clients combining business travel with leisure travel, real estate agent business etc.)
6. Identify, develops and maintains a strong network of clients in the relevant market.
7. Coordinates sales function with other Lanson Place Residences in other locations.

8. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, focus on the company’s strategic goals
9. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the Manager, Manager – Operations and Executive Director – Lanson Place Hotels & Residences (Holdings) Limited.
10. Responsible for fulfilling budget of multiple properties.
1. 3+ years of Senior Sales Management experience with key account management experience in service apartment industry and 5-star hotels. Operational experience an advantage.
2. University degree or above
3. A strong client database and network.
4. A good team player with leadership and communication skills. Being able to communicate with high profile clients and senior management.
5. Must be independent, and possess strong sense of responsibility.
6. Fluent written and oral English/Chinese.
7. Ability to manage a team of sales managers in a multi-properties environment
8. A well-etiquette person with admirable lifestyle.
9. A civilized person with high respect to individual and corporate culture.
10. Able to work under pressure and have an urge for successes.
11. Age around 30-45 years old.
12. Good understanding of Shanghai Service Residences and Real Estate Market a plus.
