岗位职责
1、受理电话、传真、互联网等不同形式的客房预定，将订房资料录入电脑并传达给相关部门和岗位；
2、严格遵守各项制度和操作程序。
3、为客人准确快速地办理入住登记手续，合理安排好各种房间；
4、独立安排散客或团队的房间；
5、检查当天团队房号，并与房态核实；
6、保持前台清洁整齐，检查所需表格、文具和宣传品是否齐全，并报告前台领班；
7、认真细致做好交接班工作，保证工作的延续性；
8、协助前台收银员为客人做好结帐工作；
任职资格
1、中专及以上文化程度，身高男1.7m以上，女1.6m以上；
2、具备基本英语听说能力，懂电脑操作；
3、三星级酒店同等职位一年以上工作经验者优先。
