岗位职责
1、 了解营业情况，熟悉菜单，确保各项切配工作顺利进行； 2、 按照规格切配，保证接收菜单与半成品加工有条不紊的进行； 3、 检查库存情况，负责干货原料的涨发工作； 4、 合理用料，做到物尽其用，准确把好质量关，严格按照菜品要求准确及时切配原料，把好成本控制关，杜绝浪费； 5、 负责每日对冰箱和工作台冷柜中原料的数量和质量进行检查，坚持先进先出原则，防止原料因存放时间过长而变质，根据存货做出次日的采购计划； 6、 如果宾客当餐没有的菜品，应及时进行协调或上报，尽可能的满足客人的要求； 7、 确保负责的区域卫生，做好每餐的收尾工作； 8、 爱护并正确使用各种设施设备及工具，节约用水用电及日常消耗品的使用，发现设施设备损坏、出现故障等情况，及时报告厨师长； 9、 完成上级领导临时安排的其它工作任务。
任职资格
1 初中以上学历，20-35岁之间；
2 三年以上厨师工作经验；
3 具有一定的沟通协调能力，责任心强；
4 有厨师证者优先。
