【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房楼层的日常运营管理，确保服务标准与流程执行
2、督导楼层服务员工作，包括清洁质量检查、物品补充及设备维护
3、处理客人投诉与特殊需求，及时协调相关部门解决
4、定期培训员工服务技能与安全操作规范
5、监控客房消耗品库存，制定月度采购计划
6、编制排班表并优化人员配置，控制人力成本
7、执行安全巡检制度，确保消防及卫生合规
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店客房服务或相关领域工作经验者优先
2、掌握客房清洁流程与VIP接待标准
3、能适应倒班工作制，抗压能力强
4、具备基础英语沟通能力
5、熟练使用酒店管理系统及办公软件
6、持有酒店管理相关证书者优先考虑
7、优秀的团队协作与跨部门沟通能力
