岗位职责

Responsibility

1.全面协助餐饮总监进行酒店餐饮服务管理及食品供应的各项工作。

Fully assist the director of food and beverage in the management of hotel food and beverage services and food supply.

2.定期召开本部门的例会，成本控制会议和预算会议。

Hold regular meetings of the department, cost control meetings and budget meetings.

3.对餐饮采购，验收，和储存进行管理与控制，降低成本减少浪费。

Manage and control the purchase, acceptance and storage of catering, reduce cost and waste.

4.负责餐饮部员工的岗位业务培训，督促各岗位抓好培训工作、提高全员业务素质。

Responsible for the job training of food and beverage department staff, and urged all posts to do a good job in training and improve the professional quality of all staff.

5.检查各类用具的破损丢失情况，将各项易耗品费用降到最低点。

Check the damage and loss of all kinds of appliances to minimize the cost of consumables.

6.发展良好的宾客关系，满足宾客特殊需求，处理各类宾客投诉。

Develop good guest relations, meet special needs of guests, and deal with all kinds of guest complaints.

7.制定、推行和监督本部门的各项管理制度。

Formulate, implement and supervise various management systems of the department.

岗位要求

Poition Requirements

1.大专以上学历或同等文化程度。

College degree or above or equivalent.

2.有3年以上同岗位工作经验，掌握餐饮各部门的岗位职责和工作程序。

At least 3 years experience on the same sosition , master the job responsibilities and working procedures of various catering departments.

3.具有强烈的事业心和责任感及高尚的职业道德。

Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility and noble professional ethics.

4.能够根据市场变化和客人的需求，及时调整餐饮经营策略，善于组织和开展各种食品展销活动。

Be able to timely adjust catering business strategies according to market changes and guests' needs, and be good at organizing and carrying out various food exhibition activities.

5.具有酒店预算管理知识，能编制餐饮预算。

Have hotel budget management knowledge, be able to prepare catering budget.
