岗位职责
Responsibility
1.协助前厅部经理，执行和履行酒店及一些本地相关政策和程序，监管和负责服务、预订中心及行政酒廊的运作确保最大化的满足客人的需求。
Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager and within the limits of hotel and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of Telecommunication/Reservation services and Executive Lounge services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction. 
2.对服务预订中心和行政酒廊的日常工作活动进行指导监督和安排，使之与部门的程序相协调。
Directs, supervises and coordinates the activities in Guest Service Center/Reservation and Executive Lounge Business.
3.调查所有关于对电话服务，预订服务和酒廊服务的投诉并采取相应行动。
Investigates complaint regardingtheTelecommunication/reservation/ Executive Lounge services, takes appropriate actions.
4.执行和处理所有内部和外部的电话,传真,工作微信群的程序和其他相关服务。
Develops and implement procedures for proper handling in and out going telephone calls, facsimile transmission, rental equipment, lease telephone lines and other telecommunication services.
5.依照预订为客人办理入住，核对预订信息，会员及航空公司会员号，确保入住登记表的完整性及付款方式安全有效。
Checking-in guests in accordance with their reservation details, ensuring that the registration card is completed, reservation information confirmed, Frequent Flyer Number enquired about, and method of payment secured.
6.为行政楼层提供餐饮服务，监督管理使行政楼层随时都处于最佳状态。
Prepares the Executive Lounge for F&B service, monitoring service and preparation areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards.

岗位要求
Position Requirements
1.大专以上学历。
College degree or above.
2. 熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统、话务台系统。
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 、Front Office System and Operator System.
3.3到5年的服务中心、酒廊或预订部的工作经验，包括至少2年的以上部门的管理经验。
Three to five years experience in Guest service center /Reservation /Executive Lounge, including at least two years supervisory in those department experience.
