Responsibility
1.确保有效地处理酒店所有关于物品采购的费用是按照正确的程序进行审核， 并准确的填写支票提供给酒店的领导层进行审批和签署。
To ensure efficient processing of payment of hotel’s expenditures by overseeing the proper verification of invoices for goods purchased and services received as well as the preparation of cheque for management’s approval and signature.
2.确保酒店所有费用都能正确地记入各部门的费用，使帐务准确无误。
To contribute to the control over expenditure allotments by ensuring proper charging of expenditures to departmental accounts, proper authorization and balancing monthly statements, etc.
3.通过记录，如酒店存货记录，付款记录以及每月相关数据的汇总，领导属下员工有效地做好各种财务报表。
To contribute to efficient accounting reporting function by supervising staff in proper record-keeping activities such as records of Hotel’s inventories and payable, and compiling data on the monthly operating and other related statements, etc.
4.通过指导及督导属下员工，全面确保本部门的工作效率。向上级汇报员工的表现，协助员工解决问题。
To ensure overall efficiency of the section by providing reference and functional guidance to subordinates, reporting on progress of their performance, and resolving effectively problems referred.
5.月底准备常规供应商的分类帐目及尚未付款的送货单。
Prepare the accruals journal at month end for regular suppliers and delivery dockets not paid.

岗位要求
Position Requirements
1.2年会计工作经验，包括核帐，现金管理，应付款和应收款经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
1 years accounting experience which included reconciliation, cash management, payables,or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
2.具有会计，财务，商业管理或相关的学士学位或毕业证书。
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
