• Assist trainers in implementing training programs and support staff personal development.

• Design, develop and implement training plans that meet specific departmental requirements together with department heads, ensuring structured training programs and effective training delivery.
与部门领导一起设计、制定和执行符合各部门具体要求的培训计划，确保培训课程方案规范、培训工作有效开展。

• Participate in departmental training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness and staff performance.
参加部门的培训课程，评估培训与员工表现。

• Monitor the results of training programs using IHG standards, and make corresponding adjustments and optimizations.
