岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
-  熟悉酒店的政策和程序
   To be familiar with Hotel’s policies & procedures.
- 了解酒店客房、餐饮、酒吧及其它服务设施
   Be knowledgeable about hotel accommodation, restaurants & bars and other facilities & services.
-  监督前厅部员工，以确保来宾被及时的礼貌接待并得到充分的注意和重视
   Monitor Front Office Colleagues to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
-  监督前厅部，特别是客户关系人员，以确保酒店贵宾金环会员、常客和其它贵宾得到特别关照和尊重
   Monitor Front Office colleagues and particularly Guest Relations colleagues, to ensure GC members, known repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition
-  管理房间空余情况、房间类型、房间出租率和价格类型的准确性等
   Control the availability of rooms, rooms types, accuracy of room count and rate categories
-  在保持服务的高标准的同时将入住率、收益和平均价格最大化
   Maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards
-  处理并解决客人的投诉，如有必要，可寻求相关部门的协助。
   Handle dissatisfied guests to resolve complaints and request assistance from other departments when necessary.   
-  具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。
   Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
-  负责部门员工的培训和发展规划
   Responsible for the training and development

岗位要求/Job Requirements
-  具备2年以上国际酒店前台/宾客关系/服务中心经验
   Minimum 2 years experience in Front Desk/Guest Relations/Service Center in an International hotel
-  熟练前台操作流程及Opera系统
   Be familiar with FD service steps and the Opera system 
-  英文流利和本国语言。
   Fluent in the national language, English.
-  出色的沟通技巧
   Excellent Skill in communicating with debtors;
-  具备较强的宾客服务意识和专业技能
   Good guests service sense and professional skills.
