岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 负责接收和存储厨房物品的管理工作。

   Responsible for receiving and storage of kitchen goods,
- 负责厨房设备的清洁和存放。
   Responsible for cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment
- 有效的执行工作程序。时刻保持厨房、洗碗处、垃圾房、库房及其它工作区域高标准的卫生、清洁及安全。
   Responsible and Maintains the standards of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety in kitchens, dishwashing areas, Garbage,
- 负责管事部的各项职责，使部门成本控制到最低。
   Responsible for all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs.
- 协助管事部经理制定培训方案，按照香格里拉酒店集团的纲要制定培训材料，为管事部员工和餐饮部其它员工执行培训。
   Assists the Stewarding Manager in developing training plans, develops training material in accordance with Shangri-La guidelines and implements training plans for the Stewarding colleagues.
- 协助确定库存的最多和最少量，控制所有材料和设备的标准存货量。
   Assists in determining the minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par-stocks of all material and equipment,
- 在经理缺席时负责交班说明，确保了解酒店的各项活动和运营要求。
   In absence of Manager conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 至少拥有3年的酒店工作经验。
   Minimum 3 years work experience hotel operations.
- 具备运作设备知识。
   Ability to operating equipment knowledge.
- 具备管事部的工作知识。
   Ability to working knowledge of Stewarding department.
- 了解管事部化学药品使用知识。
   Knowledge of the use of Chemicals in the Stewarding Department.
- 食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或健康上岗证。
   Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government.
