岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
-   积极参与饭店组织的各项员工活动。
    Actively participates in the Organization of all staff activities.
-   积极参与员工意见调查并为改进工作环境提供可行性方案。
    Actively participates in the Employee Opinion Survey and provides suggestions for actions to improve the scores.
-   负责员工档案的保存。
    Responsible for the proper maintenance of all employees’ file.
-   监督员工餐厅食品质量和卫生，现场检查员工餐厅的清洁度和状况，管理员工餐厅日常工作。
    Supervise food quality and hygiene of Colleague Restaurant, Spot Check the cleanliness and conditions of Colleague Restaurant, manage staff restaurant operation work.
-   确保员工班车正常提供。
    Ensure that staff transport is provided efficiently by the operator.
-   监督员工更衣室员工活动室的正常使用，并始终保持干净整洁。
    Oversee the operation and cleanliness of the Staff Lockers and the Staff Recreation Room.
-   监督员工宿舍的正常使用，并始终保持干净整洁。
     Oversee the operation and cleanliness of the Colleague Residence.

岗位要求/Job Requirements
-   两年以上同等级别工作经验。
     2 years as some position in a similar size hotel.
-   大学毕业。
    College graduate/ University degree.
-   有良好的英文口语和写作能力。
    Oral and written proficiency in English.
