Job Responsibilities
岗位职责
1. Teamwork to discuss and coordinate operational problems and take corrective measures.
    团队协作讨论和协调运行上的难题并采取矫正措施。
2. Keep all machines and control rooms clean.
   保持所有机器和控制室干净。
3. Fill in the project record sheet and log to train lower-level employees to meet the requirements of work efficiency and skill level.
   填写工程记录单及日志培训下级员工达到工作效率和技能水平要求。
4. Assist in preparing the budget of the engineering department every year. Regularly check the realization of the budget. If there is a major deviation, a satisfactory explanation should be found.
    协助准备每年工程部的预算定期检查预算的实现情况如发生重大偏差需找出满意的解释。
5. When the chief engineer is away, take his responsibilities and respond to the calls of superiors and colleagues in emergencies or disasters. Come to the scene to troubleshoot and stay at the hotel to assist in accident analysis and operation.
    当总工程师不在时要担负起他的责任和工作在出现紧急或灾难情况时回应上级和同事的召唤。到场排除故障并留守酒店协助进行事故分析和操作。
6. Assist and supervise the work of the project contractor to ensure the safety of life and property.
    协助并监督工程承包商的工作确保生命和财产的安全。
7. When joining the hotel's project working group, earnestly perform corresponding responsibilities and complete other tasks assigned by the hotel management
    加入酒店的项目工作组时认真履行相应职责完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。

Job Requirements
岗位要求
1. Have the same or similar job experience in a five-star hotel.
    在五星级酒店具有相同或相似职位工作经历。
2. Writing ability The ability to make reports.
    写作能力做报告的能力。
3. Perform management functions.
    执行管理职能。
4. Friendliness, strong balance ability and strong personality characteristics, fluent in Mandarin.
    友善平衡能力强并且有很强的人格特征, 普通话流利。
