DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
责任和义务
1. Responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees and establishment needs.
负责客人，员工和酒店的安全和保卫工作
2. Implement procedures for security and emergency incidents
发生安全和紧急事故时，执行紧急情况预案程序
3. In the event of fire, be thoroughly familiar with and guided by the hotel’s emergency plan
发生火警时，彻底熟练的运用酒店紧急情况预案指导疏散
4. Be familiar with location of fire alarms and fire fighting equipment
熟悉火警和灭火设备的位置  
5. Monitoring and prevention of crime on hotel premises through CCTV			
通过监控器监视和防止酒店内的犯罪行为
6.Act on reports delivered by the Security Manager regarding any unusual incidents identified by closed circuit television
向安全经理汇报通过避路电视发现的任何反常事件
7.Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises
确保酒店范围内无闲杂人等
8. Ensure there is no obstruction to the loading dock and that unauthorized vehicles are removed
确保车库入口无障碍物，并移走乱停乱放的车辆
9. Report directly and explain with details if any problem arising or malfunctioning property or equipment to superior or log book  
当发现任何问题或设备出现故障时立即详细的向上级报告或在记录本上记录
10. Establish and maintain the effective employee relations
与同事建立并保持良好关系
11. Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise superior of same
警惕任何可疑的包裹，客人或车辆，同时提醒上级
12. Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design, entry and exit points
彻底全面的了解酒店的规划，设计，出入口等
13. Ensure that the safety control office is never left unattended
确保安全控制中心24小时有人当班
14. Disallow trespasses into the control room unless being instructed
非监控室人员不得随意进入监控室
15. Report any suspicion case to the superior for monitoring and investigation
向上级报告任何可疑情况并进行监控和调查
16. Perform other duties as assigned
完成其它被指派的任务

JOB SPECIFICATION
职位条件
1. At least high school graduate												  
高中学历以上
2. At least 3 months’ experience												  
至少3个月的工作经验														 
3. Personable, neat, possesses fine manners and deportment						  
气质良好，头脑灵活，举止文雅
4.Verbal facility 
良好的口头表达能力

国内管理公司经历：优先

语言能力：英语-一般 中国普通话-熟练

计算机能力：熟练
