DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
职责和任务
1. Receives instructions from the Beverage Manager on the various jobs to be carried out.
接受由饮料部经理布置下来的各种工作任务。
2. Ensures smooth daily operation and cleanliness of the work area.
确保工作区域正常工作和整洁干净。
3. Prepares bar requisitions and inter-bar transfers for approval by superior.
准备酒吧申请单和酒吧内部调拨单,并让主管批准。
4. Assists the accounting staff during stock-taking i.e. setting-up the bar to facilitate the inventory count.
协助财务部员工进行酒水的统计,如按照库存领料。
5. Ensures that proper beverage control is maintained by the bar personnel.
确保酒吧酒水的有效控制。
6. Handles the correct glassware to be used for dispensing specific drinks, and maintains par stock if all equipment in use.
特殊饮料的玻璃杯的有效控制,各器具必备数要确保。
7. Reports to the Beverage Manager on the daily activities.
向饮料部经理汇报每日的情况。
8. Cleans and polishes bar utensils and equipment for use including glasses.
包括玻璃器皿在内的各器械和用具,进行每日的清洁和抛光。
9. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATION
工作要求
1. College level or its equivalent
大专水平或同等水平
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
相关工作经验2年以上
3. Thorough knowledge of spirits and mixed drinks and capable of improving his own cocktail is a must

4. Personable, neat, tidy appearance
