DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITYIES
工作职责
1.Types reports, letters, memoranda, forms and correspondence for the General Manager; maintains files of same.
打印报告、信件、备忘录、表格及总经理的相关文件,并保管相关文件。
2.Takes down and transcribes dictation and minutes of meeting; distributes same.
记录并转录口述及会议记录,并分发。
3.Answers and places phone call and arranges appointments for the General Manager; reminds superior of same.
接听电话并为总经理安排预约并给予相关提醒。
4.Receives and screens office calls and visitors.
接听并筛选办公室电话及来访者。
5.Maintains adequate necessary office supplies, initiates necessary requisitions.
保持适当的办公室设施供应,提出必要的补缺请求。
6.Sees to cleanliness and orderliness of own work area and of superior.
注意并保持自己工作区域的整洁。
7.Opens, reads, sorts and records all incoming mail; dispatches and records all outgoing mail.
打开、阅读、分类及记录所有来信;分派及记录所有外发函件。
8. Keep filing. Keep files in order.
保管文件,使文件整理有序。
9.Performs other duties that maybe required of her.
