岗位职责:
Job Description
1、Direct the activities of the departmental HODS through guidance, leadership and motivation to ensure that associates are properly selected, trained, counseled and rewarded so that maximum productivity is attained.
以引领,指导和激励的方式指挥运营部门负责人(前厅部,客房部,餐饮部,厨房,娱乐部,保安部,工程部)的工作,确保合理选用、培训、劝戒和奖励员工以便增进生产力的发展。
2、Prepare the operation department's annual budget that meets the company’s set objectives; operate within the approved budget by closely monitoring the labor, overhead and other related costs and by optimizing the use of rooms to maximize room revenue.
根据公司的既定目标制定运营部门的年度预算;在认可的预算内运作,严密监控劳务费,一般管理费用和其它相关费用并通过优化房间的利用以增加客房收入。
3、Oversee the preparation of operation HODS' work schedules ensuring that all department are properly manned based on productivity levels and forecasted occupancy.
督导运营负责人的工作日程表的准备工作以确保各部门根据生产力水平和预计的入住率合理地配备人员。
4、Develop efficient work procedures to ensure set standards are met and maintained and propose improvements required on existing system for operation departments .
制定有效的运营部门的工作程序以确保符合、维持既定标准,同时应对现存的制度提出改进意见。
5、By monitoring to ensure continuous improvement of the rules and regulations to provide better services, higher or lower the cost of return from operation department
通过监督,确保运营部门的规章制度得以不断的改进以提供更好的服务,更高的收益或更低的成本消耗。
6. Director repeort to GM and in charge hotel during the absent of GM as hotel No. 2 and complete other duties assigned by GM ro HQ
直属上司为总经理,并直接负责酒店全面工作在总经理休假期间,完成总经理及集团部署的相关任务。

Job Recuriments
1、With 5 years working experience in more than 5 - star hotel director of operations with rooms background.
房务背景,具有5年或以上5星级酒店运营总监工作经验。
2、Knowledge of Computer system; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
具备计算机系统的知识和优秀的人际交流和沟通能力。
3、Producer- Working productively, and fostering a productive work environment, and managing time & stress
超强适应能力,工作有高效率, 营造高产出的工作环境, 调度时间,调节压力,带领团队,积极促进团队合作,互相协作。
4、Working experience in resort or luxury hotels,have good taste.
有奢华度假酒店工作经验,有品味及眼光。
