【岗位职责】
1、调查和了解市场情况，掌握酒店和餐厅经营情况；制定短期经营目标和经营计划；安排下属班次，合理分工。
2、保持并发展客户关系。
3、参加餐饮部例会，并于开餐前召开班前会布置任务，完成上传下达工作。
4、检查并督导食品质量、服务质量、员工纪律及规章制度的落实。
5、组织协调餐厅内部关系及餐厅与其他相关部门的联系。
6、审核餐厅的营业收支情况，填写营业报告。
7、定期对下属进行绩效评估，提出员工奖惩方案，并组织对本餐厅人员培训。
8、完成上级特别指派的任务。
【岗位要求】
1、基本素质：具有强烈的事业心和责任感，有高尚的职业道德。
2、自然条件：身体健康，仪表端庄大方。
3、文化程度：大专以上学历，具有餐饮管理，市场营销学等方面知识。
4、外语水平：具有高级英语水平。
5、工作经验：2年以上西餐厅管理经验，掌握餐厅服务的标准和要求。
6、特殊要求：善于评估员工、培训员工并激励员工工作。
