    岗位职责/职位描述

    主要工作职责:

    Core Responsibilities:

     

    l  基层员工的招聘,指导应聘人员填表;更新招聘网站。

    Recruitment of staff at the basic level and help those people in filling out the job application form. Update the recruitment website information.

    l  新员工入职时,收集入职必备的资料;手续办齐后,签合同录指纹,领制服以及更衣柜。

    Collecting files for preparatory work on new arrivals’ entry. After that, sign the contract and input fingerprint, distribute uniform and locker.

    l  新员工邮箱的创建和离职员工邮箱的整理。

    Creating email for new staffs and inform IT to cancel resign staff’ email.

    l  新入职员工宿舍与宿管员确认

    l  Confirmations of dorm distribution for new arrivals and accommodation officer appointment.

    l  整理给德强的资料(新员工入职资料、合同等)。

    Sorting the files sent to Deqiang (new recruits entry files, contracts).

    l  新员工银行卡的记录和新的工资卡的发放。

    Keep a record of new staff’s salary card and distribution of new cards.

    l  人民币200元 以下的现金采购,及部门相关采购(>200以上金额采购,紧急采购)。

    Purchases paid in ready money under RMB 200, procurement related to the Department (>200 RMB, urgent procurement).

    l  每月员工餐的报表。

    Monthly staff canteen meals report.

    l  更衣柜分配、开锁等事宜。

    Distribution of lockers, help staff to unlock etc.

    l  健康证的审核录入以及整理。

    Sorting through health certificates and inputting data.

    l  离职人员要填写离职清单和解除劳动合同协议。

    People who resign needs to fill in the separation list and terminate his labour contract with the employer.

    l  每天U8下员工餐菜单以及日常的部门领料。

    Order staff canteen menu on U8 system every day and order daily department materials.

     

     

    沟通 Communication

    ·         跟部门与酒店其他主要部门维持清晰的沟通。

    Maintain clear lines of communication with the department and other key departments within the Hotel.

    ·         按照需要,出席酒店和各个部门会议。

    Attend Hotel Meetings as required.
