1. 建立与政府相关机构长期良好的沟通关系，就酒店核心业务领域建立政府关系网络。

Establish a long-term good communication relationship with relevant government agencies and establish a government relations network on the core areas of hotel business.

2. 掌握最新的政策法规或信息，分析对酒店业务的影响，提供合适的对策及解决方案。

To have up-to-date policies and regulations or information,to analyse the impact on hotel business,and to propose appropriate countermeasures and solutions .

3. 协助酒店申请各级项目立项及推动项目实施落地。

To assist the hotel to apply for project formulation at all levels and to facilitate the implementation of the project.

4. 代表酒店参与相关政府活动，与各相关政府机构保持友好接触。

Representing hotels in relevant government activities and maintaining friendly contacts with relevant government agencies.

5. 协调内外公关关系，为酒店的发展制造良好的内外环境。

Coordinate internal and external public relations to create a good environment for hotel development.

6. 主动创造与政府双赢的合作机会，善于争取并利用正面企宣机会，提升公司在相关政府层面的认知度，建立良好的品牌形象。

Actively create cooperation opportunity with the government. Advanced in striving and using the positive enterprise advertisement opportunity. Improve the recognition of the company in the government level. Build positive brand image.

7. 负责协调并安排接待政府日常参观工作，协调安排公司领导与政府部门会晤安排。

Coordinate, arrange and receive daily government visits.Coordination of arranging meetings for company leaders with government department.

8.负责公司相关证照办理，并协调、沟通相关部门对公司定期及不定期检查工作。

Responsible for handling relative licenses for the company. Coordinate and communicate with corresponding department for company regular inspection.

9.与公司其他部门保持良好沟通，及时沟通工作中已发生或者可预见的问题；

Maintain good communication with other company departments. Communicate the found issues and predicted issues promptly.

任职条件

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，有留学背景优先考虑，英文流利；

Bachelor degree or above,overseas education background is preferred，fluent English.

2. 较强文字撰写及口头表达能力，6年以上工作经验；

Advanced in writing and speaking, 6 years or above relative working experience.

3. 较强抗压、应变及独立解决问题的能力；

Strengthen in working under pressure. Handling issue with flexibility and able to solve independently.

4. 良好团队合作精神，性格开朗；

Work with team spirits, optimistic personally.

5. 有与政府工作经验优先考虑

Priority considered with experience in working with government.
