工作职责Job descriptions:

1. 根据集团要求制定培训计划,协助人力资源总监保证培训部有效运作。

 Develop training plans according to group requirements and assist hr director to ensure the effective operation of the training Department.

2. 制订工具和体系保证培训和发展计划达到饭店目标。

Develop tools and systems to ensure that training and development plans meet hotel objectives.

3. 按照酒店培训计划,实施店内培训,发展培训课程及交叉培训计划。

Implement in-store training, develop training courses and cross-training plans according to the hotel training plan.

4. 建立酒店培训档案管理制度和系统,监督执行。

Establish the hotel training file management system and system, and supervise the implementation.

5. 协助人力资源总监组织各项员工活动。

Assist hr director to organize various staff activities.

6. 充分了解酒店政策和程序,确保在酒店指导方针内安全的实施和传达。

Fully understand hotel policies and procedures to ensure safe implementation and communication within hotel guidelines.

7. 知道所负职责,遵守职业道德,了解并遵守有关于职业健康和安全的法律和政策。

Be aware of responsibilities, comply with professional ethics, and understand and comply with laws and policies concerning occupational health and safety.

8. 熟悉财产安全,急救,和火灾等急救状况的处理程序,会安全地操作相关设备。

Familiar with the procedures of property safety, first aid, fire and other emergency situations, and able to operate the relevant equipment safely.
