岗位职责Job Descriptions:

1. 制定本部门预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好。

Make the department's preventive maintenance plan to effectively ensure the safe and economic operation of hotel equipment and facilities.

2. 掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支。

Master the energy consumption and maintenance cost on duty to ensure maximum energy saving and expenditure saving of the hotel.

3. 推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。

Implement energy saving operation plan and control operation and maintenance cost budget.

4. 协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。

Assisted in the analysis of project quotation, and personally inspected the construction and project progress.

5. 协助工程部经理做好消防，安全工作。

Assisted the engineering manager in fire fighting and safety work.

6. 协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。

7. 强电主管：负责酒店高、低压线路及各种设备维护保养，电源供应，在保证最大效率的同时控制电力消耗。

Strong power Supervisor: responsible for the maintenance and supply of the hotel's high and low voltage lines and various equipment, and controlling power consumption while ensuring maximum efficiency.

机修主管：负责检查维保酒店厨房设备、洗衣房设备、游泳池、管道、健身房设备等，确保设备处于良好的运转状态，降低影响正常运转的时间。

Maintenance supervisor: responsible for checking and maintaining the hotel kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, swimming pool, plumbing, gym equipment, etc., to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition and reduce the time affecting the normal operation.

弱电主管：负责酒店音响设备的维修保养，并包括背景音乐、监控、卫星电视、电话、消防报警系统、确保高质量的保养和操作以满足客人的需求。

Weak current supervisor: responsible for the maintenance of the hotel's sound equipment, including background music, monitoring, satellite TV, telephone, fire alarm system, ensuring high quality maintenance and operation to meet the needs of guests.

装修主管：有效地管理酒店的建筑，室内外地面和对客区域设施的有效维护保养，确保所有饰面处于良好状态，并监督管理装修班组。

Decoration supervisor: effectively manages the hotel's buildings, indoor and outdoor floors, and guest area facilities, ensures all finishes are in good condition, and supervises the decoration team.

岗位要求Job Requirements:

1. 初中以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验者优先。

Education level above junior high school; At least 1 year working experience in the same position is preferred.

2. 必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。

Must master basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering equipment.

3. 能充分领会工程总监的经营意识，能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。

Able to fully understand the operation consciousness of engineering director, organize and direct the implementation of various work plans of engineering department, and ensure the normal operation of engineering Department.
