职位说明 Job Description：

1. 遵守商业地产财务制度、酒店管理公司财务制度的规定，并确保严格贯彻执行。

2. 执行酒店规章制度，监督酒店内各部门遵守财务规章制度。

11. 对酒吧的饮料进行随机抽查。

12. 监督使用部门对瓷器，玻璃器皿，银器等的管理是否符合制度要求。

12. 对瓷器，玻璃器皿，银器等进行3个月一次的盘点；并出具盘点报告。

13. 监控积压存货，并及时报警提醒；推荐改善控制浪费和损耗的方法和措施，调查损坏变质以及浪费的原因。

14. 长期与行政总厨合作，开展粗加工出成率测算，份量控制以及标准食谱配料成本计算。并根据系统生成的报表进行销售分析。

15. 检查各餐厅及仓库的库存标准，每月将实际盘存数量与永续盘存数量进行比较。对差异情况找出原因并进行处理。

17. 根据其他部门经理或财务总监的要求提供有关成本评估，同时也对主要费用项目进行分析。参加损益会和其他要求参加的会议。

18. 准备每月餐饮成本控制报告并对差异或不符合标准的情况进行分析。

19. 配合财务总监编制财务培训计划并保证实施。

20. 组织成本、收货人员定期业务培训。
