Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Catering Revenueteam and support Raceday operations, such as coordinate the cash provision andcollection with Treasury Department.
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure catering revenue are postedaccurately and timely.
- Review and develop revenue control procedures on aregular basis.
- Provide catering revenue information and analytics tobusiness partners.
- Assist in implementation and coordination of all revenue relatedprojects.
- Perform any other relatedduties as and when assigned by the supervisor.
- Drive labour efficiency andworkflow improvement on a continuous basis.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in solid and relevant F&Bexperience with at least 5 years in managerial position
- Experienced in ERPsystem implementation is an advantage
