【岗位职责】
1、全面负责管事部的日常运营管理工作，确保部门高效运转；
2、制定并执行餐具、器皿、设备的清洁、消毒、保养及库存管理流程；
3、监督并指导员工正确使用清洁设备及化学药剂，确保操作符合卫生安全标准；
4、定期检查厨房、餐厅区域的卫生状况，确保符合酒店及行业规范；
5、负责管事部员工的排班、培训及绩效考核，提升团队专业能力；
6、协调与其他部门（如餐饮部、厨房部）的协作，保障运营顺畅；
7、控制部门成本，合理采购清洁用品及设备，避免浪费；
8、处理突发问题，如设备故障或卫生紧急事件，确保及时解决。
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的管理能力，能够高效组织团队完成工作任务；
2、熟悉酒店管事部工作流程及卫生安全标准，有同岗位经验者；
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与其他部门紧密配合；
4、责任心强，注重细节，能够确保工作质量符合高标准；
5、能适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力；
6、愿意接受轮班工作安排，包括节假日和周末；
7、无学历及年龄限制，欢迎有相关经验人员加入。
