岗位职责

1.To receive the Daily Market List and Purchase Requests submitted by various departments.
收集部门上交的每日市场清单及采购申请单。
2.To obtain competitive bids by actively and aggressively test the market to obtain the merchandises as specified at the optimal price available while meeting the date of delivery, quality and quantity requirements. Bids from at least 3 suppliers are required.

通过积极、主动地市场询价获得最优报价并须满足送货日期、质量数量等要求。报价最少3家。 3.The prices obtained from various vendors should be comparable and without prejudice.从各家供应商处获得的价格是可比的和不存在偏见的。 4.To contact suppliers by phone or personal visit; to confer with present or prospective suppliers concerning new products, discounts, promotions, reciprocal business deal etc.电话联系或拜访供应商，与现有的或潜在的供应商商谈新产品的供应、折扣、促销优惠以及互惠交易等。 5.To keep track of price movements and inform department concerned of any changes in prices by updating the Purchasing System regularly.保存价格变动记录，通过定期更新采购部记录通知各部门有关的变动。 6.To ensure prompt delivery of all supplies and to follow up outstanding orders and undelivered portion.确保所有供应物品及时到货并跟进未解决的订单和未送达的物品。 7.To coordinate with Store Supervisor and department concerned on needs to re-order based on adequacy of current stocks, purchasing lead-time and other prevailing conditions.与仓库保管员配合了解当前的存货是否足够，采购所需时间和其他条件确认是否有必要再下订单。 8.To maintain as much as possible files of quotations, catalogues, photos, samples on all equipment and supplies.尽可能多地保管和按序排列所有设备和物品的报价、目录、相片和样品。9.To implement controls over purchasing to ensure that locally available foodstuffs are for immediate needs, that quantity of the food is optimum for the intended use and that the optimal prices on the market is paid for merchandise of the desired quality and form. To guard against excessive quantities of supplies being purchased.对采购进行控制，确保其购入量与使用量相适宜，并能以市场最优价购入质量和形式令人满意的物品 10.To attend personally and to supervise the proper handling of purchasing problem such as non-delivery, late delivery, inferior quality, poor services, price changes etc.

出面解决关于采购方面的问题如：未送货、迟送货、质量次、服务差以及价格方面的变动情况等。 11.To familiarize with the import procedures, documentation and custom requirements for all overseas purchases.熟悉所有海外采购物品的进口程序，所需文件和海关的要求。岗位要求1. 大专学历，从事酒店物资管理和采购工作2年以上，具有丰富的采购知识和经验。2. 熟练掌握采购程序和酒店内部控制程序。3. 懂基础英语。
