任职要求：

大专及以上学历
熟知各种宴会会议台型的摆台。
良好的中西餐知识(食品摆台)。
良好的酒水知识及酒水服务技能。
良好的处理客人投诉的技巧。
良好的合理安排好员工的工作岗位。

岗位职责：

维护宴会厅区域的整齐有序。
协助宴会服务经理与宴会厨师和宴会服务核对每天菜单和接待通知单。
与厨房协调所有有关食品的要求，包括数量和出品方式。
观察所有员工的工作表现。
负责所有宴会厅员工的仪容仪表。
指挥和分配工作。
确保宴会会议按照计划准时开始及预计可能的最后变化如果客人需要的话。
与顾客建立个人联系，帮助他们解决任何问题。
负责所有宴会账单的准备工作和确保所有账单送交客人签字。
复印和保存所有BEO单据。
指导班前例会并参加每周的宴会预报会议.
负责所有服务设备的控制和维护工作。必要的时候填写工作申请单。
对于需要维修或更换的设备，向上级提出建议。
提出新的销售产品和运做方式。
做好每月预防性的维修检查。
负责对所有的领班和员工进行不间断的培训活动。
在预算的基础上为所有员工准备有效的工作时间表。
负责保持一支高水准的员工队伍。
实行部门每天十五分钟的培训。
确保所有客人的投诉和要求得到满足。
及时将所有顾客和员工的意外事故反映给宴会运作经理，以便能提供更多帮助。
参加所有会议。
其他运营部门需要支援和协助时，员工有义务支援和协助运营部门。
执行由上级交待的其他工作。
遵守万豪国际集团政策，遵守烟台鑫广万豪酒店的员工手册规定，遵守烟台鑫广万豪酒店的规章制度和政策与流程。
