1. 能够按专业培训的程序为客人提供安全、卫生，符合标准的理疗；
2. 准备每天工作所需，清洁并保持理疗室、布草和配备间干净；
3. 按照待客标准问候及服务客人；
4. 关心每个客人的理疗反馈意见，经常和前台保持沟通；
5. 留心理疗产品的使用量，并注意节约使用物料；
6. 严格遵守《理疗师管理制度》、行为规范、标准流程等；
7. 执行管理层和上级主管指定的其他工作任务。
任职资格：
1. 年龄20-40岁，身高160CM以上，形象气质佳者优先录用；
2. 需有美容美体、理疗按摩工作经验，基本了解人体经络穴位走向；
3. 为人正直，善良，亲和力强，爱微笑；有服务意识和耐心，工作责任心强，善于沟通。
薪资待遇：
1. 保底工资：8000元/月+600饭贴，综合薪资8000-12000/月；
2. 享受医疗保险；
3. 包住宿，，享受饭贴，员工自行缴纳水电煤等费用；
4. 专业级大师手把手培训理疗手法，培训时间约为30天（含一周一天休假，培训时间：9:00-12:00；12:30-17:00；18:30-20:00），培训期间发放培训补贴100元/天；
5. 享受全勤奖200元/月；
6. 参加季度***理疗师评比，奖励500元；
7. 过试用期，每年可享受5天带薪年假；
8. 享受点钟奖励，客人微信打赏奖励等；

工作时间：
1.做六休一，每天6-10小时（没有顾客接待时，可以在员工休息区自行休息缓解上班疲劳）；

Originally built in the 1930s by French real estate company Foncière et Immobilière de Chine, the Jian Ye Li estate located within the historical and cultural preservation zone of the Xuhui District is comprised of the ultra-luxury Capella Shanghai, Capella Residences and The Gallery, a retail destination for lifestyle brands.
