Position Overview 岗位概述：
To assist and support the F&B Manager and F&B Director in the seamless running of the restaurant in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
协助支持餐饮经理及餐饮总监的工作，协助餐厅有效，高效运营，提供高水准的服务质量，并提高翻台率，增加收益。
The Role 岗位职责：
Implement standards operational procedures to suit the concept and regulate the service.
制定适合餐厅的服务流程和标准
Ensure all the staff have a thorough product knowledge by means of regular colleague training sessions and tests
确保所有员工菜品知识的培训与测试
Conduct regular strategy update meetings.
制定运营战略，更新会议
Handle customer complaints efficiently and reply promptly
能高效礼貌的回复或者处理投诉
Monitor guest feedbacks and make action plan
收集客人的反馈制定处理计划
Oversee service sequence and ensure the guest experience is smooth
督促员工按照服务流程为客人提供服务，确保客人的用餐体验
Protect the health, safety and well-being of guests and colleagues.

Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards.

Liaise with the different departments on the smooth running of the operation (sales, marketing, housekeeping, stewarding…)

Originally built in the 1930s by French real estate company Foncière et Immobilière de Chine, the Jian Ye Li estate located within the historical and cultural preservation zone of the Xuhui District is comprised of the ultra-luxury Capella Shanghai, Capella Residences and The Gallery, a retail destination for lifestyle brands.
