Position Overview 岗位概述:
问候所有到达和离开酒店的客人,尤其是使用酒店提供的交通服务的客人。使用豪华轿车接送客人,并陪同客人从机场到酒店以及接待客人到酒店大堂进行入住办理。
Greets all guests and visitors upon their arrival, especially the one using Hotel Transportation Services. Transports guest with Hotel Limo. After arriving Capella’s Hotel escort guests to Hotel Lobby Area.
主要负责在客人入住期间及时满足客人的需求,并给予客人适当的关注。全面了解酒店的服务与设施,记录所有重要的交通数据。
Responsible for paying attention to guests’ needs throughout their stay. Knowing Capella’s hotel product knowledge and amenities, providing accurate information of all areas in the Hotel and Guest Room. Record all necessary transportation and vehicle data.
The Role 岗位职责:
用酒店豪华轿车安全的载送客人到指定地点。
Drive guest to their destination with Hotel Limo safely.
确保与客人的互动都是礼貌专业的和有效运用酒店的政策和程序以达到完美的服务。
Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care by adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures.
确保记录所有交通工具记录都是完整正确的。
Ensure proper records are maintained for all transportation.
专业稳定的处理客人的需求。
Handle guests’ request/enquires in a professional and helpful manners.
确保客人抵达以及离开酒店的程序都是根据标准的步骤进行处理。
Follow hotel’s quality standards and procedures upon Guest Arrival and Departure.
协助客人机票预订,信息处理,交通安排,城市观光, 餐厅预订。
Assists guests in airline reservations/confirmation, handling of messages, transportation arrangement, city tours, restaurant reservation.
协调并确保客人行李的及时运送和领取。
Coordinate and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage.
有礼的迎接每一位客人。
Greet, welcome and anticipate every guests.
确保所有客人都享有亲切的离店服务。
Ensure every guest receives a fond farewell.
负责酒店轿车良好的保养及维修。
In charge of Hotel Limousine Maintenance.
有效率的满足客人的需求。
Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously.
常与酒店员工进行跟进以确保完成客人的需求。
Follow up with the culturist to ensure completion of guest’s requests.
载送客人到达目的地时能向客人分享酒店拥有的设施服务以及酒店周边的景点。
Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to guests while driving guests to their destination.
须及时处理客人投诉直到客人满意为止。
Handle guest complaints efficiently in order to satisfy the guests.
提供客人关于城市讯息以及一些交通建议。
Assist guests in providing city information and transportation suggestion.
传达客人想参观的景点的准确位置方向。
Provide accurate directions to guest’s inquiries regarding destinations of local area.
及时为客人打开大堂大门来欢迎每一位到来的客人以及离店客人。
Ensure lobby door is open immediately upon guest’s arrival and departure.
