Position Overview 岗位概述：

Assist and support the Restaurant Manager in the seamless running of the Restaurant by delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability

Close follow up on service sequence and be proactive to avoid probable guest complaints

Ensure the smooth running of each section in the dining room

Make sure the restaurant set up is done according to the established company standards

Support the waiters when needed and have a hands on approach

Do the sections assignment for each service and run pre-shift briefings

Handle guest complaints and ensure they are communicated in the daily log

Maintain a strong communication with the kitchen team

Plan and execute a training plan for the restaurant team

Work closely with the F&B Manager on creating staff incentives

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求

Minimum two years in a similar position in a high end renowned restaurant or a luxury hotel or Michelin stars restaurant
