Position Overview 岗位概述：

The Bartender’s primary function involves serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the Resort. The Bartender also has the responsibilities of assuring the proper functioning of the Bar, the correct mixing of drinks as specified, and the sale of alcoholic beverages in their assigned area.

吧员的主要职责是为客人提供含酒精和不含酒精饮料。吧员也有责任保证酒吧的正常运行,特别饮品的的正确混合以及酒精饮料的销售。

Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, proper table set-up and dress code of the Bar.

熟知所有工作区域桌台号（桌号，位号，工作台，住客量）营业时间，如何正确设置酒吧及餐桌设台以及关于酒吧的着装要求。

Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes in the Bar.

熟知所有酒品专业知识（烈酒，啤酒以及无酒精饮品），正确处理酒吧的杯具及装饰品。

Maintain knowledge of the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list.

Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation method/time, major ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, and texture, serving Temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation.
