Position Overview 岗位概述:
Providing qualified food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently in both guest rooms and public areas. Maintain cleanliness of room service areas and equipment. Stock all wares and equipment needed for IRD service. Recording all IRD orders in a professional manner accurately.
为客房或者公共区域的客人提供高效便捷的用餐体验,负责送餐部的卫生设施设备的维护,存放所有送餐部的物品,礼貌的纪录客人的送餐需求。
The Role 岗位职责:
Maintain complete knowledge of IRD tables, guest rooms, hotel guest floor layouts, hours of operation and proper IRD table set up.
熟知所有的房间类型,住店客人,楼层分布,营业时间,送餐摆台
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
掌握正确的设备维护和使用方法,使用指定的设备。
Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures.
熟知各部门的规章制度和服务流程
Have complete knowledge of IRD menu
熟知送餐菜单
Be able to answer the IRD telephone within three rings and professionally and accurately record order, offering menu items and menu explanations
三秒钟内接听客人电话,纪录客人订餐需求,给客人提供送餐的品名,解释菜品
Maintain knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations.
上班禁止喝酒
Complete opening side duties.
完成班次工作
Remove soiled wares and other items from guest areas and support areas as assigned.
收取客房送餐的盘子刀叉并随时待命
Transport tray from rooms or support areas to breakdown area; separate wares and food according to procedures.
将房间内用餐完毕的餐盘食物送到指定地方,按照规定流程分类
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of IRD tables and IRD station.
监督维护送餐工组台和餐车的卫生
Place additional utensils and wares on IRD tables as specifically needed for orders.
为餐车准备多余的餐具以备不时之需
Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
预知顾客的需求,随时准备为客人服务
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
随时保持积极的对客关系
Be familiar with all services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
熟知当地所有的服务项目,名胜古迹,旅游景点,为客人提供咨询
Handle guest complaints following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
根据相关的流程出理客诉,直至客人满意
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all service areas following procedures laid down in departmental manual.
确保送餐部的所有卫生,干净整洁
Clean and reset IRD tables immediately after retrieval in accordance with department procedures.
送餐完毕,清理餐车并重新摆放餐车
Replenish wares in side stations throughout shift.
随时补充工作台
Clean coffee machine and other beverage equipment as assigned to the established standards.
根据标准清洗咖啡机,榨汁机
Complete closing duties as assigned.
完成收档工作
Leave duty after reporting to supervisor.
下班需经过主管的同意
Successful completion of the training/certification process.
