Brief Job Description:

1. Responsible for supervising andcoordinating the all activities of personnel engaged in operations department.

2. Performs duties common to manager orR&F and other duties as may be assigned.

3. Attends to guest complaints, requests orinquiries.

4. Trains personnel according toestablished procedures; Conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoingtraining of all staff.

5. Ensure cross cultural exchange withAssociates

Job Requirements:

College degree and above;
Good English proficiency inboth written and oral.
Passionate for hospitality and hoteloperations.
Good service awareness andwilling to learn and become a future leader.
Experienced in hotel ispreferred; previous experience in China would be a plus
