RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
- The Service Associate-Guest Floor is responsible to clean and maintain guest rooms and surrounding areas, and provide guest services on the guest floors in accordance with the Standards, guidelines and policies established by Shangri-La International and by the Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts and the hotel in order to ensure friendly, efficient and customer orientated service in a clean and orderly environment.

- To have complete knowledge of Shangri-La’s standards operating policies and procedures.

- Makes Guest delighted and retention is the primary focus of all job function

- Offers all possible assistance to guests at all times

- Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services.

- Ensures that all guest complaints are handled efficiently and politely
确保及时有效而得体地处理宾客投诉
- Mark guest special service requirement to Team Leader-Floor to update guest’s history for consistent delighted service presentation.

- Replaces all supplies, amenities and linen according to set standards
按照标准补充客房用品及备品
- Maintains trolley and supply caddies in neat manner and stocked according to par
