-大专以上学历;
-口齿清楚,音质优美,待人热情,工作负责;
-通晓酒店的服务设施、各营业点的服务项目、服务时间以及收费标准,掌握总机房所有设备的操作程序,机器性能;
-普通话流利,英语流利;
