全面了解各餐厅的结构,食品/酒水/服务的情况。
· Ensure all the outlets booking status 确保各餐厅每天的预定准备情况顺利。
· Ensure every day sales all effective 每天的客户拜访记录完善及有效
· Ensure guest request effective to chef and service 确保客人就餐时要求及时反馈给厨房及前厅
· To achieve the sales target按时完成销售目标
· Recommends improvements in all aspects of their appointed sections as appropriate
可以对指定部门的各个方面提出建议方案。
· Conduct market surveys as required and plan / implement appropriate measures to increase market share
按照要求和计划进行市场调研/实施正确的衡量措施,提供市场份额。
· To brainstorm / keep updated on new technology to improve work efficiency
进行集思广义讨论/保持运用最新的技术,以提高工作效率。
· Co-ordinate with the Executive chef / Outlet Manager on the set-up, implementation and sales of all outlet promotions and menu planning
在餐厅制定、实施和销售促销和菜单计划等方面,与行政总厨/餐厅经理协作。
· Observes staff individual performance / grooming / punctuality, and performs staff appraisals / disciplinary actions if required
考察员工个人的工作表现/仪表着装/准时,对员工的工作表现进行评估/规范操作(如果要求的话)
Ensure that the staff are equipped with proper working environment / tools / knowledge to enable them to be productive and efficient in their work确保员工有良好的工作环境/工具/能够提高他们的生产效率和工作效率的知识
· Maintains regular customer contact to obtain feedback / create future and potential clients
保持与客人的定期接触,以获取反馈信息/发展未来的、有潜力的客人。
· Proper and tactful handling of verbal complaints from customers and respond to customer critique forms

· Conduct / attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
根据要求,组织/参与餐饮部和各分部的会议。
· Ensure smooth and effective communication with the guest 确保同客人之间的交流畅通、有效。
· Meeting regularly with key related dept. to discuss new products, flaws in existing products, maximise discounts, sponsorships
定期与主要相关部门会面,讨论新产 品,现有产品存在的缺陷,最大化地利用折扣和赞助。
· Ensure that quality of food / beverage / service provided are consistently maintained
确保所提供的食品/酒水/服务的质量保持始终如一
职位要求:
1、具有两年以上餐饮渠道相关销售经验
2、可以独立制定市场发展计划
3、优秀的谈判技巧和人际沟通能力
4、能够主动独立工作,有团队合作精神,执行力强
