Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Marketing budget.

Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate /Government/ FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.

Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

Assists the Senior Sales Manager in the forecasting of rooms revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long
Staying Guests) groups.

Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other
facilities and services) for the hotel.

Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.

CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED 职位要求:

Minimum 2 year experience;

Has a customer base of local market;

Familiar with Delphi system/Opera System;
