We are currently looking for a Service Manager- F&B (Chinese Restaurant) to join our team.
 
1.  To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed.
2.  Ensure that SLIM and Hotel standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied.
3.  Check guest satisfaction
4.   Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs / expenses / labor.
5.   Practice   economy   of   food,   beverage,   paper   supplies, electricity and water (practice recycling whenever possible).
 
We are looking for someone who:
1.  Physically fit.
2.  Neat appearance  and Articulate.
3.  Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international class hotel.
4.  Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
5.  Computer Knowledgeable.
6.  Finance Knowledge.
 
工作概述：
