Job Title: Operations Director

Location: Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu, China

Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Operations Director to oversee the preparation and
operations of our three high-end restaurants. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of our culinary standards with the luxury ethos , while delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the three restaurants.
• Oversee the pre-opening preparations, including staff training, menu planning, and establishment of operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality and service excellence across all outlets.
• Collaborate with the executive team to achieve business objectives and a Michelin star for the Beijing restaurant.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with the project's vision.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Operations Director or a similar senior management role in the luxury hospitality or fine dining industry.
• A deep understanding of Michelin-starred restaurant operations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
• A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to excellence.

任职资格:
·在豪华酒店或高级餐饮行业担任运营总监或类似高级管理职位的经验丰富。
·对米其林星级餐厅的运营和标准有深刻的理解。
·优秀的领导能力和人员管理能力。
·具有较强的财务敏锐度和预算、成本控制经验。
英语和普通话流利,同时具备其他语言者优先。
·对烹饪艺术的热情和对卓越的承诺。
