岗位职责
1.根据部门的业务需要，草拟稿件、打印、编号并发送至店内外有关部门、单位或客户。
2.做好本部门各销售市场的档案管理工作。
3.按照领导要求，负责来访客人的接待及客户的维护跟进。

4.预测市场需求，了解本地动态市场及需求，并推荐适当的销售战略及价格体系，为酒店争取市场关键时机。

5.了解公寓收益组成，构思公寓价格的架构以及协议谈判的依据。

岗位要求
1.相关职位工作经验。
2.熟悉酒店及销售部日常运作流程。
3.能用英语进行交谈，熟练使用电脑及上网操作。
4.有较好的组织协调能力、语言表达能力及理解能力。有敬业精神及团队意识。

5、对市场不断变化较有很好的敏感性。
