岗位职责:

1.管理前厅部人员确保为客人提供快捷的、热情的、专心的和个性化的服务。

2. 管理前厅团队确保长住客人和重要客人得到特别的关注与服务。

3.积极热情地解答客人的疑问, 处理客人投诉, 和客户建立良好的关系。

4.维持部门内部关系，确保对客服务的流畅性。

5.定期计划安排和巡视所负责的区域。

6.和财务总监一起准备年度预算,将每个月的盈利及损失会议上报总经理,确保部门消耗控制在成本以内。

7.与市场销售总监一起通过有效的销售策略提高酒店的收入及出租率。

8.和其它部门紧密合作，参加必要的会议。

9.熟知酒店安全、急救、消防和紧急情况的处理程序，并能正确的使用相关设备。

任职资格:

1.有三年以上同档及以上酒店前厅部经理经验。
2.熟悉酒店服务的标准和管理，有相关知识与管理经验。
3.熟悉酒店各项管理工作流程和管理规范。
4.熟悉同行业竞争的动向，具有服务、质量、市场和销售意识。
5.具有组织、管理和协调能力。
6.流利的英语口语和书写能力。
