工作内容：
1、严格按照酒店的服务标准协助客人办理登记入住和离店手续；
2、关注重要客人的信息和有特殊要求的预订，提前为客人办理登记入住手续，安排旅行团房间等；
3、全面了解酒店客房的布局、近期房价以及促销活动；
4、每日核查个人的备用金，避免非正常的盈余或短缺；
5、热情、友好、快捷地为客人提供所需要的服务；
6、保持前台的工作区域始终整洁有序；
7、认真完成前台主管所安排的工作任务。
任职资格
1、年龄18-28岁，身体健康，形象良好；
2、品行端正，具有良好的沟通、协调能力；
3、一年以上酒店前台接待工作经验
