主要工作职责RESPONSIBILITY:
通过有效的管理，确保水疗部提供的服务达到最高标准。
Ensure through effective supervision, that services offered at the Spa are achieve the highest level of service.
监督及评估理疗师的技能表现及服务质量，适当安排培训。
To monitor and assess the technical performance and service standard of therapists and to schedule training where necessary.
按要求进行库存盘点，并每周/每月及时进行采购补充。
To conduct and implement stock take as per requirement, and prepare the order accordingly on a weekly / monthly basis.
确保所有理疗师维持疗程室高度的卫生水平，并定期完成清洁程序。
Ensure all Therapists maintain a high level of treatment room hygiene and that regular cleaning programme is completed.
协助水疗经理完成部门排班。
Assist the Spa Manager with compiling the duty roster for the Spa.
完成上级领导指派的其他所有工作。
Perform any duties assigned by the Superior that deemed necessary. 
出席水疗中心每天例会，当水疗经理休息时主持例会。
Attend the Spa daily briefing as required,conduct daily briefing when Spa Manager is not on duty.

能力要求SPECIFICATIONS:
具备至少3 年工作经验，当中拥有至少1年担任管理的职位。
At least 3 years working experience with minimum of 1 year in a Senior role.
拥有Word、Excel和PowerPoint电脑知识为佳。
Computer knowledge on: Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
懂得水疗中心软件系统应用为佳。
Spa software applications are desirable.
英文流利。
Proficiency in English is essential.
