负责人力资源部门办公用品的申购和日常使用的监督。

Responsible for the office stationarypurchase and supervisor the daily use.

负责文件的打印、复印、归档和收发等。

Responsible for documents printing,copy, filing, receiving and delivering.

负责接待接收来访人员，维护办公室秩序。

Receiving visitor, preserve office ingood order.

负责接待应聘者，并协助安排面试。

Receiving applicants and assistinginterview.

为新员工准备入职材料与物品。

Prepare check in documents and articles for hew hired employee.

协助准备员工活动。

Assist in preparation for employactivities.

使用人力资源系统查询员工信息，制作简单报表。

To use HR system for employeeinformation searching and compiling simple reports.

协助人力资源经理管理员工档案。

Assist the HR Manager to manageemployee profiles.

负责本部门每月考勤的收集及核查。

Collect and check the monthlyattendance record of HR department.

负责登记及监控各种与人力资源相关表格在各部门流转情况。

外来人员在员工餐厅就餐餐券的发放与管理。

Monitor the team member canteen mealcoupons.

月度视频制作及各类检查执行。

Monthly newsletter making and general checking.

领导布置的其他任务。

Other working task by leader.

能力要求：

Specifications:

大专以上学历，人力资源或酒店管理相关专业优先。

College degreeabove, major in HR or Hotel Management is preferable.

熟练操作电脑，使用办公软件。

Proficientlyusing computer and office software.

良好的英语读写能力。

Good commandof reading and writing in English.

较强的执行力、跟进能力。

Good executionand follow up.

具备一定的才艺优先。

Posses certaintalent is preferable.

性格开朗、热情、有亲和力。
