工作内容：
1、主要负责前台入住办理与早餐服务两大核心工作。
2、日常需高效完成客人入住登记、信息核对、房卡发放及退房手续办理，解答客人关于民宿设施、周边游玩、餐饮推荐等各类咨询，提供热情周到的接待服务。
3、负责早餐区域的布置、餐食补充、餐具整理及客人用餐引导，保障早餐服务有序开展。
4、需保持良好的服务意识，及时响应客人需求，处理简单客诉，维护民宿的服务品质与品牌形象，为客人营造温馨舒适的入住体验。

要求：
1、形象良好，酒店管理相关专业，有酒店相关工作经验。
