把控所有热菜出品质量、口味、温度、摆盘,确保符合酒店标准;
监督烹饪规范,指导员工操作,及时纠正问题,稳定出品一致性;
合理安排备餐与出餐节奏,保障高峰期高效、有序、不延误。
2、参与菜单设计、季节性更新、新菜品研发与试做;
结合市场、客诉与成本,优化菜品结构与出品标准;
落实标准化食谱(SOP),统一用料、工序、分量与成本;
3、年龄25–45岁,身体健康,持有有效健康证与厨师资格证
能适应倒班、高强度、节假日工作,责任心强、执行力好
