主要职责RESPONSIBILITIES:

培养与发展部门培训师
Train and develop departmental trainer
制定月度和年度培训计划并正确有效的实施
Make Monthly and Yearly Training Plan and implement accordingly and effectively
制定年度培训预算
Make Yearly Training Budget
组织授奖和证书颁发
Organize reward and certification programs
发起竞赛或活动来提高、强化技能和知识
Initiate competitions or projects to sharpen skills and knowledge
设计、组织不同形式的员工活动，并以增强员工归属感，和团队凝聚力为宗旨
Design and organize different types of employee activities for the purpose of reinforce employee engagement and team spirit
了解岗位所需相关技能证书，与当地发证机构保持及时沟通，确保员工得到认证并持证上岗。
Be aware of required professional credential, keep timely communication with local certify authority to ensure employee is certified and holding credential
制定培训相关的政策与程序，并有效实施和执行
Make training related policies and procedures, and ensure the implementation
促进酒店质量管理
Facilitate hotel quality management
分析“顾客满意指数”以根据需要和不足进行培训
Analyze Guest Satisfaction Index for training needs and deficiency
培训课程的管理与开发
Training courses management and development
开展定期的培训需求调查与分析
Develop periodical training needs survey and analysis
针对培训需求，制定相应的培训计划
Develop corresponding training plan according to the training needs
建立用以衡量培训计划性价比的方法
Ensure all reporting and duty deadlines are met in a timely basis

良好的中英文书写和表达能力
Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language
熟练运用各类办公软件和媒介，使培训展示多样化
Using all kinds of office software and media proficiently to diversify training demonstration
